In Fall 2026, I will be launching a new CEO coaching practice designed specifically for leaders navigating growth, complexity, and high stakes decision making, working with executive leaders and founders based in the Greater Boston, Massachusetts area.

For years, I’ve worked alongside CEOs who are building, scaling, or transforming their organizations — and I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when leaders have a structured space to think, challenge assumptions, and sharpen their effectiveness with like-minded executives. I will be bringing that work into a formal coaching environment, partnering with a select group of CEOs who want to accelerate their leadership impact and strengthen the performance of their companies.
